Dr. Seong Yoo
Dr. Seong Yoo was educated and surgically trained at Staten Island University Hospital in New York State, where he was Chief Podiatric Resident. He relocated to Southern California in 2003 and started his private practice soon after. His philosophy: Each patient is unique and important, requiring an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Yoo is currently on staff at Los Angeles Downtown Medical Center. He also serves as a member of their teaching staff, where he is instrumental in instructing podiatric residents on his surgical techniques and philosophies in patient care. Besides performing elective foot surgeries, Dr. Yoo specializes in limb salvage procedures in diabetic and non-healing wound patients. He uses his skills and knowledge to prevent unnecessary amputations in nursing home patient
